Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all items and games sold by Pinball Trading. By making any purchase from our website or store locations, the Purchaser (Buyer) agrees to all terms outlined below.
One Year Limited Warranty
Pinball Trading offers a One Year Limited Warranty on new and refurbished products. This warranty includes:
Telephone diagnosis and repair.
Replacement of defective parts for up to one year after receipt of the machine.
Labor coverage for the first service call within the first 30 days after receipt.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or movement of the item.
Pinball machines manufactured before 1990.
Items used in non-residential settings or rental properties.
Items marked “as is” in the product description.
Coin mechanisms, which are not included with purchases and are not covered under warranty.
Product Setup
Pinball Trading is not responsible for damage caused by improper setup. If setup is provided by Pinball Trading or its authorized representatives, we assume no liability for damage to the item or the premises, including walls, doors, doorways, flooring, or other areas affected during delivery and setup.
Delivery Times
Pinball Trading does not guarantee delivery times. Estimated delivery times are subject to change based on:
Payment method and processing time.
Product availability.
Shipping company turnaround times.
Shipping Address Requirements:
The provided shipping address must be accessible by an 18-wheeler semi-truck.
If the address is inaccessible, any additional charges incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the product dimensions.
If an item is returned due to inaccessibility, it will be considered a refusal of delivery and subject to a partial refund as outlined in the Returns and Cancellations Policy.
Product Inspection
Customers must:
Unpack and inspect items immediately upon receipt in the presence of the shipper.
Note any damage on the shipper’s paperwork and contact Pinball Trading immediately to report issues.
Minor scratches or nicks from packaging and transit are considered normal wear and do not warrant refusal of delivery or product return.
Drop-Shipping and Consignment
Pinball Trading reserves the right to fulfill orders through third-party sources, with products shipped directly from these suppliers. Consignment sellers may remain anonymous and are silent parties to the sale. Any attempt to contact these sources will result in a final sale with no warranty (as-is).
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
Written quotations expire 24 hours after issuance and are subject to change or termination with verbal or written notice during that period.
All quotes and prices are subject to adjustment based on new specifications, modifications, quantities, shipment methods, or other terms not included in the original quotation.
Returns and Cancellations
Orders must be canceled in writing via email to info@thepinballtrading.com within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
Authorized returns or cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, plus shipping and return shipping costs.
Refusal to accept delivery will result in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage fees.
Legal Fees
Pinball Trading reserves the right to collect all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in collecting unpaid sums from the Purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of further deliveries.
Agreement to Terms
By making a purchase, the Purchaser (Buyer) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and store policies outlined in this document.
The Purchaser (Buyer) also agrees that this agreement, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by the applicable laws.
