At Pinball Trading, we prioritize the safe and professional packaging and shipping of our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Below, we outline the steps we take to protect your pinball machine during transit.

New Pinball Machines

New pinball machines are shipped in their original manufacturer’s packaging. Each machine is securely fastened to a pallet to ensure stability and safety during transportation.

Used Pinball Machines

Used pinball machines are carefully prepared for shipping to minimize the risk of damage. Here’s how we do it:

• The machine is placed on a pallet and professionally wrapped in protective cardboard to safeguard the cabinet.

• The machine is securely banded to the pallet to prevent movement during transit.

• Pinballs are removed from the machine to avoid potential damage caused by loose balls.

• All accessories, including balls, keys, power cords, leg bolts, and manuals, are placed inside the coin box and zip-tied to ensure they stay in place.

Once packaged, the machine is ready for shipment.

Shipping Quotes

Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier and delivery method. We offer two primary options:

1. Local Dock Delivery: The machine is shipped to the nearest dock for pickup.

2. Door-to-Door Delivery: The machine is delivered directly to your address.

To receive a shipping quote, please provide the following details:

• Preferred shipping method (local dock or door-to-door).

• Your complete address, including zip code.
